By purchasing products from Vinyl-Warehouse.com, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. Vinyl-Warehouse.com is not the installer of a said project and is not a licensed contractor. Vinyl-Warehouse.com is the seller only, of fencing and railing products. Building code compliance, permits, set back requirements, and property line issues are the property owner's or purchaser's responsibility to handle with their county, city, state, and contractor as necessary.
2. Vinyl-Warehouse.com is held harmless from any disputes, litigation, disagreements, payments, or any problems that may arise, regarding faulty installation, property line disagreements, permits, set back requirements, swimming pool accidents or injuries, railing accidents or injuries, or any other problems regarding fence or railing installation.
3. This transaction shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey. The parties to this transaction hereby designate the state or federal courts of Cumberland County, New Jersey as the courts of proper jurisdiction and exclusive venue for any actions or proceedings relating to this transaction or any dispute in connection herewith; hereby irrevocably consent to such designation, jurisdiction, and venue; and hereby waive any objections or defenses relating to jurisdiction or venue with respect to any action or proceeding initiated in such courts.
4. Customer will pay or reimburse Vinyl-Warehouse.com for all costs and attorney's fees paid, or for which Vinyl-Warehouse.com is responsible to the extent required to enforce this agreement or any provision hereof.
5. Vinyl-Warehouse.com does not warranty any product directly. All products are warranted by their respective manufacturer(s) listed on the warranty document. Vinyl-Warehouse.com is not responsible for any warranty dispute. That is the responsibility of the purchaser and the respective manufacturer. Vinyl-Warehouse.com includes an actual product warranty form with each order at the time of shipping.
6. The purchaser is responsible for filling out the warranty, and sending it back to the manufacturer. The purchaser will receive an electronic copy of that completed and registered warranty via email from the product manufacturer.
7. Purchaser has the sole responsibility to determine whether Vinyl-Warehouse.com product's comply with applicable codes, and is appropriate for the intended use. Codes vary from city to city and state to state. The purchaser and installer should review the intended use of the products with a licensed professional engineer to determine code compliance and the intended use.
8. Prices are exclusive of federal, state, or local taxes of any nature. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes applicable for products ordered outside of New Jersey. For sales in the State of New Jersey, Vinyl-Warehouse.com will withhold sales tax and pay the proper authorities.
9. Title to the product remains with Vinyl-Warehouse.com until the invoice amount is paid in full.
10. In the event that material is refused upon delivery, or credit card payment by cardholder is challenged, Vinyl-Warehouse.com reserves the right to charge the purchaser a 50% Restocking Fee, and any return motor freight costs associated with returning that product back to the manufacturer.
11. There will be a $50.00 Returned Check Fee, and a hold put on an order, for any checks returned for NSF. Completion of an order will be left pending until all open order balances are paid in full.
12. Due to constantly changing raw material commodities prices and motor freight carrier fuel surcharges, advertised product and shipping costs are subject to change without notice.

Your information will be used solely for the purpose of processing and shipping your order to you. For this reason we will need to know your name, address, contact information (email, phone, fax) numbers and payment information. All credit card information is secured by Authorized.net.** This is a secured internet credit card processing company. Credit card information is not stored where it can be accessed via internet. If you provide an email address to us, we will email you a payment receipt immediately after the transaction is processed.
